New home and guest house on Lake Vermilion - located 10 miles from Tower
on sheltered cove with shallow sand beach, private 60 foot "L" deck
and three mile views of Big Bay.
Across Everett Bay, and around the corner on Big Bay, from Fortune Bay
Resort & Casino and The Wilderness, the new championship golf course.
Paved road to within 3/4 mile. Public boat launch within 3/4 mile.
Both units are two-story walkouts. Off street parking.


The new home "Lake View Lodge" and guest house "Beachside Guest Home" units
are fully furnished with new appliances and are equipped with
TV/VCR/DVD players, washers and dryers, deck furniture and outdoor grills.
Kitchens are complete with dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
Bathrooms have tubs and showers.

  • $1500 weekly rate for 6 people
  • $225 daily rate for 4 people

  • $1300 weekly rate for 4 people
  • $210 daily rate for 4 people
  • Sleeps 6

  • If you choose to bring your pet there will be an additional charge of $150/week.
  • Guests bringing pets are responsible for clean-up.

    • Mid-week rentals possible upon availability.
    • Guest rental agreement required
    • Rental period Saturday 3 PM through Saturday 10 AM.
    • No smoking inside buildings please!
    • Guests are responsible to leave property clean and in same condition as beginning of occupancy period.
    • Guests are responsible to ensure that all members of their party behave in a manner not to create a nuisance to neighboring properties.
    • We prefer you leave pets at home; cats are not permitted (owner allergies).
