This Wakemup get-away is a secluded, spacious 2 bedroom house located on the north shore
of Wakemup Bay on the Cook end of Lake Vermilion. The view of the lake is phenomenal!
You will have all the comforts of home with the added benefits of privacy while being
surrounded by nature.
The large deck is a great place for breakfast followed by a day spent swimming and
relaxing on your private sand beach. There's plenty of fish to bew caught nearby
so don't forget your fishing equipment! As the evening cools off, enjoy a warm
sauna handmade by true Finlanders.

We have two bedrooms on the main floor, both rooms have full size beds.
The walkout basement has three twin beds. There is additional room for
cots or air-mattresses in the living room or the walkout basement if you
need additional sleeping space.
There are 2 full bathrooms including an electric sauna.
The house includes bed linens, bath and kitchen towels. You will have a modern and
fully equipped kitchen with dishes and pot and pans included.
The house has a lake water system that is filtered for bathing, laundry and dishes.
We do provide bottled water, though be sure to bring drinking water.
Summer renters will love the fishing, sunbathing, and relaxing on a truly peaceful
lakeshore. Have fun on the natural sand beach which is a rare find on Lake Vermilion.
Winter renters will enjoy easy and private access to the lake for snowmobiling,
ice fishing and just playing in the snow. Once on the lake snowmobilers can access
many of the state snowmobile trails.

Rates are as follows: $1875 per week -- May 1 to Sept. 15 $1150 per week -- Sept 16 to April 30 Pets are welcome with a $200 deposit, all pets must be house trained. Rental periods are Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am. Maximum of 10 guests.
